Introduction In today’s world, being "busy" is often mistaken for being productive. We spend our days answering emails, scrolling through "work" feeds, and jumping from one meeting to another. But at the end of the day, do we actually move the needle on our big goals? The truth is, most of us are stuck in Shallow Work .
